Selective Mortgage Fund
Austar provides fixed rate investments to wholesale and sophisticated investors through the Austar Selective Mortgage Trust No.2. Each loan is secured by a first ranking mortgage over real estate and often has other collateral security. All products provide a defined return during the investment period and pay monthly interest to the investor’s designated account.

NDIS Fund
This fund offers investors the opportunity to participate in the ownership of high-quality Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) housing projects across Australia. Backed by long-term government rental subsidies under the NDIS, the fund targets stable annual rental yields of 6–7% and a projected long-term IRR of 10–12%. Investors can choose to invest from a minimum of AUD 100,000, with quarterly distributions and redemption opportunities twice a year.
