lnvestor Qualifications

Only persons who qualify as wholesale clients (as defined in section 761G(7) of the Act) or sophisticated Investors (as defined in section 761GA of the Act) (collectively, qualifying investors) may apply to invest in the Trust.

  • Broadly, a qualifying investor is an investor who – invests A $500,000 or more in the trust. or
  • Provides a certificate from a qualified accountant that states the investor has net assets of at least A $2.5 million or has a gross income for each of the last two financial years of at least A $250,000, or
  • Is a professional investors (including the holder of an Australian financial services license, a person who controls more than A $10 million, or a person that is a listed entity or a related body corporate of a listed entity).

As part of Australia’s Anti-Money Laundering laws, our loan trust only accepts transfers from and to Australian Bank Accounts. We do not accept any investments from US residents.
