Bill Sun
CHAIRMAN
Founder and Chairman of Austar. He has more than 40 years of experience in large-scale corporate management and real estate investment, and has participated in the development of real estate projects in Australia and New Zealand. Under his leadership Austar has partnered with many large overseas financial institutions and helped many high net worth investors to allocate overseas assets. Bill has experienced numerous market cycles across several countries and understands the fundamental nature of property markets.
Edward Sun
DIRECTOR
He has over 20 years of experience in management and asset investment and has been engaged in real estate investment and project development in both Australian and international markets for over 15 years. As a major driver of the success of Austar's overseas businesses Edward has deep experience in lending and investment markets. He is a member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in finance from Massey University in New Zealand.
Ronny Abram
CEO
Ronny has over 20 years of professional experience in finance, with a proven track record in driving business performance and transformational change across the Australian property sector. At Austar, he leads the overall business with oversight of loan origination and portfolio management, credit and risk management, and finance and operations. He is responsible for driving strategic growth, capital allocation and liquidity management, as well as people and culture development and overall organisational performance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from Macquarie University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.

The CEO of Austar has over 20 years of experience in management and asset investment and has been engaged in real estate investment and project development in both Australian and international markets for over 15 years. Ronny Abram
CEO
Ronny has over 20 years of professional experience in finance, with a proven track record in driving business performance and transformational change across the Australian property sector. Paul Zahara
DIRECTOR
Paul has spent the last 40 years in Property and Finance, previously holding positions as CEO and Managing Director of funds management and property development companies. He has deep experience in property risk, management. For 13 years Paul taught in the Masters of Property Development programme at University of Technology Sydney where he holds an appointment as an adjunct Associate Professor.
Quentin Amos
NON -EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Quentin Amos is Managing Director of Q&A Amos Pty Ltd and a senior finance industry professional. He has worked in mining (10 years), stockbroking, mineral valuation, project and corporate finance (35 years) and has held the role of Director and Country Head for certain of those finance businesses which include NM Rothschild and Sons (Australia) Ltd, HSBC Precious Metals and HVB/UniCredit. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy on which Ethics Committee he also sits in a voluntary capacity.
Tom Pascarella
NON -EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tom has over 30 years experience in Corporate and Investment Banking in Australia, the US and Singapore. Most recently CEO of Bank of America Australia. He is currently a Partner with Allen Partners Australia and a NED with Kimbriki Environmental Enterprises and past Chair and NED roles with listed and unlisted companies. He is a longstanding member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; CFTP with the Finance & Treasury Assoc of Australia (FTA); and Fellow with FINSIA. Tom is a graduate of Princeton University.
